Some grains also cause hormone imbalance that triggers man boobs. They are barley, hops, oats, millet, tapioca and wheat. Since beer is made from hops, barley and wheat, it is quite obvious that you must refrain from drinking them.

Next to flax seed, soy contains the most estrogen. Avoid soybeans and soy products like tofu and soy yogurt as much as possible. Other foods that are high in estrogen that should be avoided are olive oil, eggs, dairy products and baker’s yeast.

Though all these types of foods that cause chest fat have their own benefits when it comes to health, it is advised to avoid them or at least moderate their consumption if you are suffering from gynecomastia and if you don’t want to have those dreaded man boobs.
