Wednesday Meal Plan Recipes to fix Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia is a condition that is developed by men due to hormonal imbalance. To correct this, you would have to change your eating habits and opt for food that is rich with vitamins such as zinc. Gynecomastia is highly treatable; start the healing process by eating right.

Breakfast:

Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

8 eggs 8 oz chopped smoked salmon
1 tbsp butter ¼ crumbled goat cheese
2 tbsp fat free milk salt and pepper
8 pieces of asparagus

Procedure:

1. Trim asparagus and beat eggs with milk.
2. Heat pan over medium heat and add butter. Toss asparagus and cook until crisp.
3. Pour egg mixture and add seasoning.
4. Turn the heat down and stir continuously. Once the egg starts to turn into soft curds, add goat cheese.
5. Remove omelette from the pan and top it with smoked salmon.

Lunch:

Garbanzo Bean and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 cup garbanzo beans
1 cup quinoa ½ cup golden raisins
¾ ground coriander 2 cups water
¼ ground cumin ¼ chopped mint leaves
1/3 sliced almonds Salt and pepper
½ cup dried cranberries

Procedure:

1. Boil quinoa in 2 cups of water over high heat. Once the mixture comes to a simmer, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until all the water has been absorbed by the quinoa. Remove from heat and chill in the fridge for a few minutes.
2. Drain and peel the garbanzo beans. Throw all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add quinoa. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Dinner:

Turkish Lamb Stew

Ingredients:

12 oz dried chickpeas 2 lb boned shoulder of lamb
1 onion 1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp oil 1 tsp ground cumin
1 bay leaf bouquet garni
2 oz butter 14 oz canned tomatoes
2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 sprig of rosemary
Salt and pepper

Procedure:

1. Soak chickpeas in water and cover overnight. Drain water and put into a saucepan. Add boiling water and bouquet garni and simmer for 1 hour.
2. Cut lamb into large pieces. Peel and chop onion. Peel and crush garlic.
3. Heat oil and butter in a casserole and fry onion, garlic, cinnamon and cumin for 5 minutes. Add lamb and sear on all sides.
4. Drain chickpeas and add to the lamb mixture. Toss in bay leaf, tomatoes, rosemary and seasoning into the casserole. Cover and cook under medium heat for 1 and ½ hours or until lamb is tender. Sprinkle lemon juice and parsley just before serving.

Dessert:

Honey-baked Bananas

Ingredients:

4 bananas 4 tbsp lemon juice
3tbsp honey 2 oz blanched almonds
3 tbsp bread crumbs 2 oz butter
¼ pint sour cream 3 tbsp orange juice

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
2. Peel bananas and arrange side by side in a greased oven proof dish.
3. Mix sour cream with orange juice.
4. Combine lemon juice and honey and pour over the bananas.
5. Mix bread crumbs with chopped almonds and sprinkle on top.
6. Cut butter into small pieces and scatter over the dish.
7. Bake for 30 minutes and serve with the orange-sour cream mixture on the side.

Including zinc enriched food in your diet is an effective way of preventing gynecomastia for further developing.
